Great breakfast and friendly staff who helped with recommendations for places to visit nearby.
The air conditioning didn't work properly throughout our stay, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We also had some issues with the Wi-Fi dropping out frequently, which made it difficult to stay connected with work and family back home.

The location of the hotel is great, with a beautiful view and tranquil surroundings. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot water and functioning air conditioning. the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with excellent service. the amenities, such as the two pools and poolside service, are a nice addition to the stay.
The late check-in process was quite inconvenient, with difficulties in finding the hotel and a lack of immediate assistance.

the breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day. the rooftop pool was also a great feature, providing a stunning view of the city and a relaxing place to cool off.
Our room had a musty smell and the air conditioning did not function well, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the street noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to relax in the room.
